incorporated in the Yukon Territory on the 28 May 1968 and
was first listed on the Canadian Venture Exchange on 15 July
1970, as Yukon Revenue Mines Limited.
The company is incorporated under the laws of the Yukon
Territory and is registered extra-provincially in the
province of British Columbia, Canada.
The company is traded on the NEX Board, which is part of the
TSX Venture Exchange in Canada with the symbol ‘GCH.H’.
Gtech’s major shareholder is Genetic Technologies Limited of
Australia with 3,918,449 ordinary shares representing 75.8%
of the issued capital as at 27 September 2004.
